Ingredients:
1 apple (Golden Delicious or Gala)

1 pear

1/4 cucumber

2 large handfuls spinach leaves

2-3cm broccoli stem

1 peeled lime

1 small handful ice

 

Instructions:

Juice everything by sandwiching the lime, broccoli and spinach in between the apple, pear and cucumber to ensure maximum juice extraction.

Pour over ice and enjoy!

1 small bulb raw beetroot (remove hard ends)

1/2 banana

3 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Juice the pineapple, apple, spinach and beetroot. Add the banana, berries, juice and ice to the blender and blend everything until smooth.
